Rates per person per day full board including beach service (valid for at least three days)

Piano Famiglia

Discount from 60% to 30% for children froom 2 to 10 years. Over 10 years discount of 20%.
* In the room with 2 adults.
For children younger than 2 years the fee must be agreed in relation to the type of service requested.

Speciale Piano Famiglia  (  Excluding Easter Period  )

Until June 16th and after September 2nd child (up to 6 years) sharing room with two adults is free guest.
*For a minimum stay of 7 days

The rates are included for free:
- Beach service
- Tennis courts (with tennis club in Milano Marittima) about 400 meters from the hotel
- FBI Gym (Gym - Fitness - Body Building) Milano Marittima approximately 400 meters from the hotel.
- Hotel has swimming pools, outdoor fitness corner, bikes, idrobike

We are also available for organizing tennis tournaments.

The reductions are not cumulative

To book you have to contact us by phone or e-mail indicating the date of arrival, departure, including address and telephone number.
To guarantee a reservation a deposit is required.

All cancellations and / or changes to reservations must be made by e-mail or fax or phone number given for any announcements or changes to your booking.
1. cancellation up to 20 days. before date of arrival, total refund of the deposit;
2. cancellation up to 10 days. before date of arrival, a refund of 50% of the paid
3. The changes the traveler may not provide the same type of room
