Sweetness
It is difficult to decide among croissants filled with chocolate, jam and custard, or cakes and freshly baked pastries, that are different every day. At the buffet you find black bread, whole meal bread and cereal one or if you like classic, whole meal and organic rusks moreover traditional dry biscuits including lactose-free, egg-free and without palm oil ones.
Jams
In addition many varieties of honey both in the honeycomb and in the jar (from the most classic to the most particular like fir honey). The jams are in large pot or in single-portion; we also offer organic and gluten-free jam. Do you like to bend the rules? There are always Nutella ( chocolate cream) and peanut butter.
Healthy
For those who choose a healthy breakfast there are different types of yogurt : Greek, lactose-free, dietary, Actimel Danone that may be filled with fresh fruit, fruit salad, cereals, fresh ginger and also with Amarena Fabbri. Seeds and spices (goji berries, dried fruit, fresh ginger, linseed, sunflower seed…) and fresh fruit extracts.
To drink
Many varieties of Tisanes, Infusions and Tea of the Lipton brand; different kind of milk : fresh, lactose-free, rice, soy, almond and coconut ; classic and organic fruit juices. Every sort of coffee is prepared at the moment at our bar and served at the table. The cappuccino has a soft and compact cream, just like the Italian tradition.
Savory
Everything that characterizes the English Breakfast can be found at the breakfast buffet at the Hotel Derby. Boiled and scrambled eggs, a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables. Every morning you receive also filled mini-sandwiches.
